A veteran of the financial world, Keith B. Rowland brings over 20 years of experience to clients. An independent Investment Advisor Representative with Woodbury Financial Services, Inc., Mr. Rowland is licensed in the following states: Texas, California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, New Mexico, Colorado, Mississippi, North Carolina, and Georgia. Having served as a Branch Manager with Woodbury Financial for over 12 years (from 1996-2008), Mr. Rowland holds his FINRA Series 7 General Securities registration, a Series 24 Supervisory registration, and a Series 65 Investment Advisor registration.
Mr. Rowland grew up in west Texas near Abilene where he received his college degree in Finance from McMurry University. Upon graduation, Mr. Rowland moved to the Dallas area and began a career in residential and commercial real estate appraisal.
During that 20-year career, Mr. Rowland held a real estate brokers license and obtained the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute. He was also qualified as an expert witness for real estate valuation in U.S. Federal Court.
Mr. Rowland and his wife live in Prosper, Texas, a northern suburb of Dallas. He has two grown children and enjoys playing golf and traveling with his wife and friends.
